Each session combines a focused check-in with a personalized EFT tapping practice on specific acupuncture points along the meridian system, designed to help settle the nervous system and gently release outdated beliefs and conditioned emotional loops. Over five weeks, you’ll establish a steadier baseline and reinforce more supportive, intentional patterns—so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and ease, knowing you are being thoughtfully guided every step of the way.

Following your tapping session, be sure to hydrate, take it easy, and support integration with a walk and a good night’s sleep. If emotions arise, allow them space and avoid pushing them back down. This is often part of the natural release and recalibration which takes place over the next 24 to 48 hours.
